With a background in Zenthai Shiatsu, Strala Yoga, and a lifelong love of dance and running, she weaves natural movement principles into everything she shares—helping people rediscover their own fluidity, strength, and balance. A mother of four and a hospitality professional, Hannah knows firsthand the power of moving with ease through life’s demands. Whether in a group class, training, retreats, or 1:1 session, she creates a space that feels both grounding and freeing, inviting others to explore movement as a path to healing, vitality, and deep inner trust.
