    Maddy, an experienced international Vedic meditation teacher and Strala yoga guide, offers a decade of wellness expertise. Her Strala yoga classes focus on natural movement and aligning with one's self, fostering internal guidance.     Annika embarked on her yoga journey in 2016, deepening her practice with Wild Self's Yoga 200hr YTT in 2021. Sharing yoga across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, she blends her learnings from In Yoga with Nicole Walsh and Rob Galbraith, and Strala leader training with Maddy and Hannah. As a registered professional therapist, she brings depth, creativity, and authentic relating into her work. Currently a hospital psychotherapist, Lia offers joyous classes at Marou Homes' vibrant studio, focusing on somatic awareness, authentic movement, and emotional wellbeing.

    Catherine is a Yoga Teacher and Breath/Embodiment Facilitator. Introduced to yoga while at an advertising agency in Bristol, UK, she found solace from burnout and a deeper connection to her body. Her journey led her to explore breathwork and embodiment, offering Vinyasa, Pranayama, Yin, and Strala Yoga sessions since 2020, alongside 1-1 embodiment coaching. Her classes focus on meeting students where they are and supporting them to slow down and connect to their body from a place of ease.
